We offer a two bedroom, two bath condo located within the Ski Trails Condominiums or a recently built one bedroom luxury condo at Iron Horse (South) in the heart of the new village.

Our Procedures for making a reservation:

Review the information on our Website.

Determine from the calendar (for each unit) the available timeframe you are interested in.

Submit your Reservation.

You will receive confirmation from us for the dates your requested and your rental fee.

Click Here to submit your Reservation. See our Pay Processing Link for instructions on ending in your deposit and/or payment.

Upon receipt of the items in number 5, we will send you a Confirmation Letter.

Send us the rental fee 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. See our Pay Processing Link for instructions on sending your deposit and/or payment.

Upon receipt of rental fee, we will mail you the keys, parking permit(s), map, and a letter containing specific condo information, including the condo phone number.
