On the first level there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and Bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, toasters, coffee maker, plates and utensils.  Living Room with a sofa and a sofa sleeper. Cable TV services ensure that your favorite stations are available. Free DSL Internet connectivity is available in the condo (and yes ... there is wireless also).  In the loft area there is a Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed and a bath. In order to add to your enjoyment of our condo, we provide cleaning prior to your arrival and your departure. If you use the recreation center pools, saunas, or Jacuzzis, you will want to bring your own towels.










 

Our 2B/2B Condo accommodates a maximum of seven (7) people and is conveniently located  within a few steps from the ski trail and the base of the gondola.  All amenities are in place to ensure that your stay is most comfortable.

Security Deposits:

A fully refundable security deposit is based upon the following:
1)  Both the keys and the recreation card are returned within 48 hours using the prepaid
      (and supplied) returned envelope.
2) Their is no damage to the condo upon your check-out.

Note: Any costs required to repair the damages, replace the keys/cards, etc. will be
deducted from your deposit.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be done within 10 business days of scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties.

Term of Occupancy

Our requirements for the minimum number of rental days vary for the Holiday and
Regular Seasons.

For the Holiday minimum requirements please see Rental Rates. For the Regular
Winter Season, if your reservation is made more than 120 days in advance, we
require at least a four night stay; 45 - 120 days in advance, at least a three night
stay; and less than 45 days, a two night minimum stay.

For the Summer Season, if your reservation is made more than 120 days in
advance, we require at least a seven night stay; 45 - 120 days in advance, at least
 a five night stay; and less than 45 days, a two night minimum stay.

For the Spring and Fall Seasons, we require a two night minimum stay.

You are always welcome to contact us less than 30 days prior to the time you
want to rent. If available, we will be happy to make the necessary rental arrangement.

Check-out is 11am  & Check-in is after 4pm.
